These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the 24 RC platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By registering, creating an account, or using any service on the Platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Deposit Rules

Deposits at 24 RC can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Funds are typically credited within 3–5 minutes. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum daily deposit limit is set in accordance with applicable terms.

Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be requested. Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. The following conditions apply at the time of withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The withdrawal method must match the method used for the original deposit.
• To withdraw bonus winnings, the applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
• 24 RC reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transaction activity.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 24 RC and cover all betting markets — cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, and any other sport.

• Bets Are Final: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Odds Changes: Bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Any subsequent odds changes do not apply.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, all bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Technical Error: If incorrect odds are offered due to a server issue or technical error, 24 RC reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum payout limit applies to each event. Winnings cannot exceed this limit.
• Live Betting: 24 RC is not responsible for any disconnection during live betting.

• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering multiplier (typically 5x–20x) must be met.
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 24 RC platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of fraud.

• Registering or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform.
• Harassing other members or behaving disrespectfully toward platform staff.

24 RC reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, report it to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

24 RC reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of false documentation.
• Detection of suspicious activity on the account.
• In cases of prolonged inactivity (exceeding 12 months).

Users may also request account closure at any time. All pending bets must be settled and any remaining balance withdrawn before the account is closed.

24 RC takes the privacy of its users' personal data very seriously. Information provided during registration is used solely for improving platform services and meeting legal obligations.
